| How do I order from LibroCo.it? |
When navigating through the LibroCo website you are always accompanied
by your virtual shopping basket. On the right hand corner of
every book table shown, whether on the homepage or in your book
search you will see the icons representing further details and
the shopping basket. By clicking on the shopping basket you
can view the contents, estimated delivery time and price.
When you have completed your selection of books that you would
like to purchase, click on the Basket icon to add these to your
virtual shopping basket, from there you can choose to proceed
with your purchase. At this point, if you are a new customer,
you are required to register, or for existing customers you
are required to Login if you have not already done so.
If you have not previously registered you will be required to
register in order to process your order. For registration you
will be required to fill in your details, name and address.
You can then return to your Basket and select quantity and delivery
destination for your purchase.
If you amend any of these details you will need to press Ricalculate
to view the revised total.
When you wish to continue you will be required to fill out
your invoice details and that of your delivery destination
if it differs from your client details and choose credit card
payment or Cash on Delivery (inside Italy ONLY). You will
also be required to select mode of delivery, if you wish for
your complete order to be sent together or separately when
ready. For books not available from our warehouse, you can
choose to divide your order, to receive those that are immediately
available or to receive your order all together.
Once you have confirmed these details you will see a confirmation
of your order, it is advisable to print or retain a copy of
this order.
You will then proceed to your credit card processing through
our online banking with Banca Sella Spa. Once you have confirmed
these details your order will be processed imediately.
For all orders you can pay by credit card using VISA or MASTERCARD
only. Your creditcard details are processed by Sella.it the
e-Commerce bank which is a secure and protected site, approved
by VISA and has a VeriSign Secure Server ID. All information
sent to this site, if in an SSL session, is encrypted, protecting
against disclosure to third parties.
The Sella.it e-commerce banking will require you submit your
full credit card number and expiry date.
